Home HIIT Workout #1 💪
6 - 9 - 12
Hey! We just finished our very first live workout tonight! For anyone that caught it, I hope you had the best time and enjoyed it! 😉
I wanted to post it here, so if you wanted to keep the workout to do another time, or to just watch it at your own leisure you can!
This workout today was a 6, 9, 12 of push ups, seated knee tucks and squats. Then after there is a little chatting and flexing. The total live is about 30 min of me being shirtless 💪
I hope to be doing these every week at least, so if you missed this week you can join for the next! I will be sure to let you guys know when I do them moving forward!
